Turnberry Ocean Club continues the legacy of the Turnberry luxury condo name, with the greatest Turnberry luxury condo of all time. This 54-story tower features only 154 luxury apartments, ranging from about 2,900 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Sitting directly on the ocean, this building features all flow-through apartments, each with direct, unobstructed views of the ocean and intercoastal.

Architect Carlos Zapata has teamed up with Robert Swedroe to introduce a grand, spacious design. From the three-story dramatic glass lobby, to an incredible three-level amenity deck on the 30th floor, with swimming pools, pool bar, fitness center and cabanas. The condo will also feature 35 cabanas for purchase.

Owners of Turnberry Ocean Club will have membership privileges available at Turnberry Isle Resort, including: golf, tennis and marina activities (monthly dues not included in condominium maintenance).

Residences are available in 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom models. Each residence features a family room and staff quarters with full bath and closet. The apartments have grande, 10-foot ceiling heights, and certain collection duplex residences have 20-foot high living room and balcony ceilings. Terraces are 11 feet deep, with an oceanfront balcony as well as a balcony overlooking the bay. Terraces will also have summer kitchens with a barbeque grill on the ocean side!
